Assist to develop and review Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) system to comply with the Group’s standards and local legislations
Involve in day-to-day HSE management process including audit and assessment in operating units and suppliers, laboratory analysis and training
To review HSE performance and ensure delivery of key operational targets in line with management and performance reporting

Degree in Food Science or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year quality assurance experience in food industry, preferably in F&B environment
Experience in ISO / HACCP / HSE Programme is definite beneficial
Mature, analytical thinking, resourceful with good initiative, flexible to cope with change, able to work under pressure and a good team player
Proficient in Microsoft software both in English and Chinese
Good command communication of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
Frequent visit and audit different business units in Hong Kong; and quality check of suppliers in Hong Kong or South China
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer
