Job Duties:

• Consolidate, prepare and verify exporting documents from China and offshore factories.
• Coordinate with internal & external parties including China factories, suppliers and forwarders to follow up the orders and shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents to forwarders and ensure correct information provided.
• Update and meet the documentation delivery time to customers or forwarder.
• Arrange cargo bookings in accordance with customer’s guideline.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• 3-4 years' relevant experience in shipping field of garment industry
• Experience in using Tradelink
• Attentive to details, hardworking, willing to learn and self-motivated
• Occupational travel to PRC is required
