Job Responsibilities

The successful incumbent will be providing clerical and data support such as sorting, recording & dispatching ship's mail, in order to ensure the efficient performance of the department.

Job Requirements

• School certificate or above
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in clerical or administration role, experiences in shipping/ logistics industry is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, well-organized, attentive to details and take initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be a distinct advantage
• Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and email applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
