Reporting to Shipping & Logistics Manager, the incumbent will assist the Manager to supervise the daily operations of the Shipping section, responsibilities including but not limited to :

• Supervise the work of Shipping Coordinators and ensure operations excellence of shipments
• Provide solutions on daily issues to Shipping Coordinators
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and declaration lodgment independently
• Contact and coordinate with external and internal parties for shipment issues
• Keeping track of the shipment schedule and to ensure prompt delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma in Shipping / Logistics or relevant quaification
• 5 years relevant experiences in Shipping with Garment industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in handling export cargo in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Good people management skill and problem solving ability
• Fast learner, Self-motivated, customer-oriented and attentive to details
• Able to work under pressure and independently
