Requirements:

• University Graduate / Diploma or above in relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years solid experience in projects sales of building materials
• Strong technical background and site experience
• Sales and profit oriented with excellent presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills that allow you to influence and build solid relationship with customers
• Out-going, self-motivation and aggressive
• Have connection with interior designers, consultants & architects is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MSOffice, Windows, Outlook
• Willing to Travel
• Immediate available is preferred
