Responsibilities

• Performing front desk and administrative operation of the office, including answering client calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and visitors as well as managing center facilities and equipment to meet clients’ satisfaction;

• Providing professional services and keeping effective communications to maintain a positive relationship with clients

Requirements

• F.7 or above, or equivalent (Fresh graduate would be welcomed)

• 1 year experience in customer service, front desk or administrative operation (experience in hotel, aviation or related industries would be an advantage)

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good interpersonal and communication skill is a MUST
