Our client is a well-established company providing catering services in HK. It is now looking for a high caliber candidates to join their family.



Responsibilities:

• Check email and arrange the daily schedule for the MD
• Set up procedures in order to execute relevant operation and administrative duties
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Perform HR and office administrative duties
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in any discipline, or Diploma with formal secretarial training
• At least 3 years’ experience in serving senior executive and a team
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Mandarin is preferred
• Hands-on computer skills in Outlook and MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, detail-minded, self-motivated and well-organized
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Immediate available preferred
