Duties:

• Assist the HR & Admin Manager to handle the office administration and documentation
• Handle daily parcels by local / overseas courier services
• Receptionist duties include handling incoming calls and greeting guests
• Procurement of stationeries, office supplies, equipment and machinery
• Office repair and maintenance
• Handle travel arrangement includes ticketing, hotel booking and car pick up service
• Take care of request from expatriates
• Provide assistance to merchandising department upon request
• Handle ad hoc issues and company functions

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Over 5 years admin experience in trading company / buying office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• With formal secretarial / administration training is preferable
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and self motivated
• Good communication skills with pleasant personality
• Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
