Responsibilities:

• Support in HR system implementation and system testing (UAT)
• Provide data entry to the system; response to verify and monitor the data, transition and report
• System enhancement testing as per department requested
• Assist day-to-day support
   
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate, Diploma holder in HR/Computer Science/Project Mgt or related discipline is an advantage 
• At least 1 year working experience in Human Resources / Project management field 
• Basic knowledge in Labor Law or HR related policies is a plus 
• Strong computing skills and willing to learn new system 
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Word) 
• Knowledge in VBA / JavaScript / JSP / HTML / DB2 / MySQL / Microsoft Access is an advantage 
• Analytical and detailed-minded, able to work independently & overtime and able to meet deadline
• Immediate available is preferred
