Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder is preferable
• With experience in customer service is an advantage
• Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
• Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good telephone manner & Communication Skill
• Willing to perform day shift duties
• Tertiary education in Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
