Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration support including all administrative works and co-ordinations for documentations and insurance policies issuance;
• Prepare business proposal, quotation and marketing materials to clients;
• Review and verify application documents are in compliance with the requirements;
• Provide logistics support on business activities and company events;
• Candidates with solid experience and concrete knowledge about life / general insurance will be considered as Senior Sales Operations Officer.

Requirements

• Energetic, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with detail-minded and can work independently;
• Matriculated or above, qualifications in IIQE preferred;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in insurance or banking and finance;
• Good communication skills with good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Proficient in computer software for day-to-day operations.
