Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide sales administration support including all administrative works and co-ordinations for documentations and insurance policies issuance;
- Prepare business proposal, quotation and marketing materials to clients;
- Review and verify application documents are in compliance with the requirements;
- Provide logistics support on business activities and company events;
- Candidates with solid experience and concrete knowledge about life / general insurance will be considered as Senior Sales Operations Officer.
Requirements
- Energetic, self-disciplined with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with detail-minded and can work independently;
- Matriculated or above, qualifications in IIQE preferred;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in insurance or banking and finance;
- Good communication skills with good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- Proficient in computer software for day-to-day operations.
