Job Responsibilities:

• Checking all documents and verifying the weights and billing party data, rates, surcharges, gateway fees and all other charges to invoice
• Issuance of outgoing invoices for the assigned files based on the instructions of the superiors (on MAWB- as well as on HAWB-level)
• Perform accurate job costing on HAWB-level for each Export Air shipment
• Administer proper file closing / checking and preparation for archiving
• Mailing of outgoing invoices to the other branches or external customers
• Follow correct file flow and monitor income of files

Job Requirements:  

• F.7 or above with minimum 1 year experience in logistic/forwarding industry
• Sound export airfreight knowledge with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Good working skills with computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Highly organized with a numerical aptitude and strong passion for accuracy
• High sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is an advantage
