Job Responsibilities:

• To follow up on routing orders or order acceptance and feedback to customers and overseas stations
• To handle bookings and pick-up arrangement and working within area guidelines and Company's policies and procedures
• To update track and trace systems
• To check and verify shipping documents and posting of incoming invoices
• To work within SOP and quotation from M&S and overseas offices
• To inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors' standards and services
• To feedback pre-claim details and status to superior
• To handle customers' inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues

Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above with minimum 2 years experience in logistic/forwarding industry
• Sound import Oceanfreight knowledge with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Must have exposure to Hong Kong import customs and regulation
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese. Fluent  Mandarin is essential.
• Hands on experience on MS Windows and Outlook
• Resourceful, innovative, with strong analytical skills
• Immediate available is an advantage
