Responsibility :

• Work closely with sales team and responsible for order processing, record keeping, invoicing and delivery arrangement .
• Communicate with warehouse team and customers to follow up orders and solving problems.
• Monthly operation analysis report preparation
• Manage the warehouse and spare parts inventory.
• Communicate with China factory logistic , support to Customer Service  and Accounts Department for on-going orders.
  

Requirements:

• F5 or above.
• Over 3 years relevant experience in shipment planning, forecast and reporting  
• Proficiency in using Excel and MS word.
• Hands on experience in  ERP systems is preferred.
• Mature and independent with strong sense of responsibility & organization.
• Good Command of spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin .
• Immediate available .
