Job Description
Our client, a top-tier global Fashion retail brand, is looking for a talented Senior Retail Operation Manager to drive their business growth in the Asian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop retail operations strategy
- Manage and oversee daily stores operation
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales performance
- Fulfil the highest standard of customer relation, services and execute store productivity
- Lead, coach and train the sales team to ensure consistent grown their skills and performance
- Work with sales teams and operation team
Requirements:
- University graduate in Retail, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 -8 years relevant experience with 4 years in managerial roles.
- Solid Retail Operation experience in PRC / APAC markets
- Experience in Global Fashion / Casual Brands
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Result oriented, self motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and written in both English & Chinese
- Frequency travel or station in PRC if needs
