Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Investment Advisor(s) in managing existing investment portfolios, investment ideas and research sourcing and developing new business by providing services directly to clients
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries and complaints related to accounts and refer to Investment Advisor(s) where appropriate
  • Responsible for account opening, account documentation, and monitor account activities by reviewing daily activity reports
  • Work closely with head office contacts on monitoring daily activities in client accounts
  • Provide other administrative support and ad hoc projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in financial industry
  • Knowledge of brokerage and investment products (Future and Securities) is a must
  • Excellent communications and client servicing skills in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 & 9 or equivalent
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle high pressure
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • Proven organization skills with strong attention to details
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
