Responsibilities:

• Indentify training needs, develop and deliver training solutions in areas focus on talent development, customer service, selling skills as well as leadership skills
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the training and development solutions
• Work with Operation team to develop and implement programs and initiatives to reinforce company’s values and enhance staff engagement
• Periodic PRC trips to conduct classroom trainings and enhance the training operation’s effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Training, Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience in sizable Retail/ Cosmetics industry
• Solid experience in retail operations is a plus
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• A good team player with good interpersonal presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
