Preferably with 2 years of Interior Design / Construction account services experience.  Good knowledge in liaising with creative department and client on concept development and ideas execution.  Assist Directors in project management, customer services, quality control and information sourcing as necessary. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' solid project management experience. Advantage will be given to candidate with the following experience: retail design, homebuilding or interior design section.
• Must have a proven track record of successful client relationships.
• A confident presenter, comfortable in presenting concepts and leading meetings.
• Deft at setting agendas and critical path schedule for scheduling and running meetings, maintaining schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Excellent project management skills.  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
• Cross-functional experience and specific training in sales & marketing preferred.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible, detail-mined, strong sense of responsibility and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing. Knowledge in Photoshop will be an advantage
• Excellent command in written and spoken English
• Immediate available.
