Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of project management in landscape, including feasibility study, planning, liaison and coordination with designers, Site Team and external consultants, etc.
• Assist in planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects inHong Kong
• Progress, quality and budgetary control; liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments.

Requirements

• University graduate in Landscape Architecture / Design
• Qualified with 5 – 8 years' post-qualification relevant experience
• Good exposure and solid experience in luxury residential apartment and villa projects
• Creative, organized and self-motivated with good project management skills, hands-on 3D rendering and AutoCAD skills preferred.

We work 5 days per week.
