Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the HR teams of the group and the hotels in HK/ PRC/ Asia Pacific to ensure excellent execution of HR initiatives from Head Office, include but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff relations programs,
• Constantly review and follow up the execution of HR policies and procedures in all regions and all business units to ensure perfect alignment among all offices, as well as with Hong Kong Head Office
• Assist the manager in payroll admin, recruitment and internal policy alignment
• Compile and prepare reports on regular basis for management review
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Around 3 years solid Human Resource experience in generalist role, with experience in HOTEL is a MUST
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Independent, energetic, quick response and a good team player
