Job Description

Human Resources & Admin. Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

-         Office procurement, maintenance & clerical support

-         Responsible for payroll administration, employee record maintenance, benefit management, MPF contribution & any other related HR issues

-         Ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor

-         Outdoor work required if need

Requirements:

-         Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines

-         Minimum 1 year solid experience in Human Resources or Administration Area

-         Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legislative requirements

-         Good Interpersonal skill, Initiative & well-organized

-         Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

-         Knowledge of PC operations
