Responsibilities

• Carry out general repair, maintenance and installation works of the hotel including restaurant outlets, guestrooms, and public areas
• Ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations on safety and fire requirements
• Perform all assigned general engineering duties as long as licensing requirements permit.

Qualifications

• Certificate or above in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Service
• Minimum 2-year experience in the hotel industry or property management
• Proven track record on project management or planned maintenance is essential
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
