Job responsibilities:

• Provide general QS services
• Application for interim payment, settlement of final account includes variation works, prepare the tender submission & cost estimation
• Measurement and pricing of fitting out works

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in quantity surveying or equivalent
• With 2 years relevant experience in interior fitting out / A & A works
• good command of both English & Chinese
• Good computer knowledge and familiar in using MS Office & AutoCAD
• Immediately  availability is preferred
