Responsibilities:

• Handle all procurement activities such as demand samples, follow up procurement orders, price negotiation, handle orders and correspondences and quality control
• Source and select suitable suppliers, conduct quotation comparison
• Liaise with suppliers and users
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

 Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above
• Thorough understanding of procurement requirements, practices and procedures
• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
• Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• More experience will be considered as Procurement Executive
