Requirements:

• 2 years solid experience in conference production
• Comprehensive research and production experience of a minimum 8-10 of your own conferences
• Proven track record of commercially successful events in the Asian market and a healthy network of industry connections
• Industry knowledge and/or intellectual passion for IT and Finance. Experience in other industries will be an advantage
• Must enjoy research, networking and communicating with senior executives in industry and government
• University degree holder (preferably, Public Relations, Journalism, New Media, Business)
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Strong presentation and communications skills
• Hiring this position in both Hong Kong and in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and write commercially attractive conference programs as well as all related promotional materials such as flyers, EDMs, website,…
• Source and recruit c-level speakers for B2B conferences
• Liaise with speakers, sponsors and other stakeholders involved in the conference
• Brief & support sponsorship and delegate sales teams
