Summary 

Develop actionable market research analysis and reports. Create and implement strategic marketing and integrated communications plans for international business in order to additionally leverage same for the global business expansion. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Market Research

• Gather, analyze and report market data including demographic, geographic, trends, competition, market share, etc
• Establish marketing protocols and guidelines based on a successful marketing strategy
• Utilize market data to recommend actionable changes to marketing and business development strategies 
• Identify potential new opportunities, marketing campaigns, and new products based on assessed market data of current business trends

Marketing Communications 

Utilize market research to prepare marketing strategies and product positioning alongside other company executives and staff 

• Develop comprehensive integrated marketing communications campaigns 
• Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms including advertising, literature, website, social media and email campaigns 
• Oversee design, production and distribution of all marketing materials 
• Ensure brand messages and graphics are consistent 
• Coordinate and facilitate tradeshow participation, activities and deliverables 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in international marketing in health food, cosmetic/ skin care, animal health industries, with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisor grade
• Good management and analytical skill, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, proactive working attitude
• Excellent planning and organization, project management and time management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/ Mandarin. Native English speaker is a plus.
• Occasional travel is needed.
