Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in operator-managed areas of the facility

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs

• Ensure operator-managed equipment in good working order

• Track and manage energy consumption

• Coordinate with joint building management, EMSTF, and tenants

Required skills and experience:

• Degree in property management or related discipline

• At least eight years’ experience in property management, three at a managerial level

• Subcontractor management

• Preventive maintenance scheduling

• Familiar with cooling, lighting, and electrical systems

• Experience managing works projects, working in retail environment an advantage

• Familiarity with communications, fire services and plumbing systems an advantage
