Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Customer Service team
• Provide pre and post-sales support
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Provide customer service and enhance overall collections efficiency and delinquency rates
• Prepare and compile the payment collection summary and other related reports for management review
• Perform related administrative duties and provide clerical support to the team when necessary

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 5 years working experience in customer service or telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls) and 2 years in supervisory level
• Strong negotiation skill and excellent telephone manner
• Pleasant, detail-minded, organized and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, etc)
