Responsibilities:
- Daily sales orders processing
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints by telephone and e-mail
- Liaise with overseas branches
- Provide customer services to clients in China, Hong Kong and Macau
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirments:
- F.5 standard or above with experience in CS is preferred
- Fluent in spoken Putonghua and Cantonese, preferably English also
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
- Customer-oriented
- Patient, pleasant, responsible, positive working attitude
Working Hours:
Mon- Fri 1:15PM-10:00PM; Sat 11:45AM-5:15PM
