Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise a team of people to provide high efficiency & competent support to various business units.
  • Well organized in formulating system & procedures as a result to have cost savings & high efficiency in administration.
  • Reform, simplifies the systems and procedures up to high efficiency through routine operations.
  • Ensure all administration aspects are all in continuing improvement.
  • Act as a head to carry out the Lean System.

 

Requirements :

  • Degree or Higher diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years administration working experience in organization above 300 workers, focus on environment, facility management, general affairs.
  • Familiar with 5S, Lean System, ISO 9000 management etc.
  • Can work independently, problem solving and excellent communication skills with different levels.
  • Have the knowledge in lock industry is preferable.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin.
