Job Descriptions :

• To handle document independently (I/E, L/C, shipping procedures, customs clearance, Tradelink and all related issues)
• Coordinate with Clients, Forwarder, Factories and Transportation company for shipment arrangement
• Provide general customer service support for customers
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on time delivery
• Clerical support

Job Requirements:

• F5 or above 
• 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience
• Responsible for arranging courier package and shipment details
• Detail-minded, mature, responsible, initiative, independent & well-organize
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of English and Mandarin 
• Immediate available preferable
