Requirements:
•  Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Surveying
•  Member of HKIA / HKIS / HKIE or equivalent
•  At least 5 years’ related experience in developer / consultant
•  Experience in design and project management in high quality project in Hong Kong is required
•  Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred
•  Conversant with construction details, building contract and Building Ordinance
•  Good command of English and Chinese
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
•  Assist the Project Managers to act independently in project management, co-ordination, design review, drawings vetting & site inspection.
