Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the department
• To prepare various accurate & timely reports to management
• Support operation so as to enhance department’s high efficiency
• To assist Operations Manager in all operations duties
• Organize travel itineraries and organize different kinds of meetings and events
• Participates in ad hoc projects and performs other duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines 
• With minimum 4 years' administrative working experience in retail industry
• Well organized, positive, service-oriented and able to handle multi tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication
• Proficiency in using Chinese Word, MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and
• Mandarin)

Those with less experience will be considered for the post of Administration Assistant.
