Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of company secretarial work for the listed company and its subsidiaries
• Assist in preparing the intern/annual report/announcement when required
• Ensure the company and its subsidiaries are in line with all the rules and regulations
• Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary and required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in listed companies or professional services firm is a must
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Chartered member of HKICS/ICSA is a must
• Self-independent, well-organised, attention to details
• Lawyer experiences is preferred
