Job Description
• Responsible for the new process development
• Execute process evaluation & data analysis with RD & PE team
• Be familiar with product & process design & help product realization with RD & PE team on the process & assembly portion

Qualifications & Experience:
Academic Level: Bachelor degree or above
Field of Study: Electronic / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
Working Experience: minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills:
• Be familiar with PFMEA & DFM for the COB process development.
• Skillful in die/wire bonding & COB assembly process
• Experienced in active & passive Lens coupling process
• Experienced in SM/MM packaging process
• Experienced in IC/COB packaging process.
