Job Duties:

• Perform routine updates on the task progress
• Report system errors, incidents and issues in time
• Technical – User/System/Network (Regional)
• Provide 2^nd level support for other region IT colleagues;
• Work with Technical Services Manager to design and implement secured and cost effective IT infrastructure;
• Responsible for offshore offices and factory infrastructure setup;
• Design and run regular IT Audits to ensure compliance to IT standard;
• Perform windows security patch update on desktops/servers/SAP;
• Perform installation, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshoot on windows server, application server, network equipments and SAN;
• Provide capacity planning for responsible systems in order to support the business growth;
•  Work and coordinate with vendors for trouble shooting, system implementation, and migration;
• Support ad-hoc project;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• MCSE and CCNP is a must. Other Microsoft and Cisco certification is desirable
• At least 5 years working experience on supporting distributed IT environments with 2 years in similar capacity
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Solid technical skills in designing and maintaining IT infrastructure and network administration
• Solid experience in data centre set up and administration
• Solid experience on Cisco router, layer 3 switching and firewall is a must
• Experience in managing and supporting globally distributed environment
• Sound project management skills and customer-service oriented
• Proactive and result-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly committed to meet service quality standards
• Travel to Dongguan, Cambodia and India as and when required
