This Position

The teenage years are often the most transformative and defining stage of a student’s life.  We see it our duty to help every one of our students on the path to a wholistic development in the areas of academics, extracurriculars, and character.  Whether the next destination is a boarding school or an university, our education consultants provide services for our clients in (1) long-term education and career planning, (2) boarding school and university application strategy, (3) personal portfolio building, (4) interview training and application essay coaching, (5) application process management.  Almost all of our assignments are multi-years in duration, and our consultants are responsible to guide, shape, and groom our students as they grow through their critical character-forming years.

Ideal Candidate

Do you care enough?  We are looking for smart and driven independent thinkers who share our passion in life and our belief in education planning.  We are looking for vibrant communicators who love interacting with children and teenagers.  We are looking for professionals who take pride in delivering excellence and strive to make a difference in others' lives.  Ideal candidates should have a mature life view, backed by a few years of solid career track, but fast-rising up-and-comers with less career history are still encouraged to apply.  We especially value candidates with strong client servicing skills with the affluent sector.  Prior education or counseling experience is not necessary, as we value candidates from all interesting backgrounds.  Fluency in both English and Chinese is expected, and a third or fourth language a plus.  The more cultures you are familiar with, the better.  Overseas education and living experience a must.

Compensation

Much More Than a Paycheck.  We believe in Work Hard, Play Hard.  We believe in meritocracy and fair game.  We believe that a good heart with a shrewd mind can together produce an impactful educational experience that can truly transform young lives and at the same time sustain a decent pay for everyone involved.  All compensations are carefully considered and are commensurate with experience, merits, and potential.  Candidates for this position can expect anywhere between HK$15,000 to HK$23,000 per month plus a performance-based bonus and fringe benefits.  Candidates with less qualifications can expect a junior package.
