The Job:

• To handle document collection and distribution in accordance with our operations procedure and customers’ requirements.
• To be responsible for order taking and pick up arrangements.
• To monitor the filing system and computerized database.
• To answer general telephone enquiries.

The Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain, International Communications and Logistics, or any other relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduate with less experience will be considered; or
• Certificate/Diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry.
• Proficient PC knowledge.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime.
• If for the positions in Air Export Department, working location will be in Chek Lap Kok and shift duties may be required.

• Candidate for supervisory position.
