Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to develop sales & marketing strategies to drive both short and long-term business goals.
• Convey market demands into business plan, develop and execute strategies to extend market share, sales revenue and profit margin.
• Conduct marketing research, sales forecasts by projecting overall sales with existing and potential customers.
• Occasional China & oversea business trip is required.
• Manage and organize the division to ensure proper execution of daily task.

Requirements

• Above  8  years working experience in large overseas or domestic companies, working experience in printing and packaging industry is preferred.
• Working experience in or with Walmart, Disney, Hallmark, Target, K-mart, Li&fung, Yumark, Lucky Dragon Group etc. is an advantage.
• Excellent international team working and people management skills.
• Excellent time management skills and habit with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills; with a strong sense of  responsibility and self-motivation spirit.
• Bachelor degree or above; Fluent in English and Putonghua.
• Willing to work in Shenzhen factory;Immediate available is highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic --HKD 30,000-50,000/month, commission--3%~5% of sales volume
• Food and shelter is provided free in Shenzhen
• 5 working days each week

Probation:  6 months

Working place: HK office or Shenzhen factory
