Job Outline

The Operations Team is based in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore and interfaces with our sales, marketing and management teams. Its primary function is produce new products, support existing products, manage business reporting, consumer and client billing and to react to operational issues that are raised by our customers or are planned internally, and ensure they are investigated and resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Job Duties

• Responsible for most e-commerce billing
• Responsible for daily and weekly business reporting
• Account manager responsibility for some VIP Business accounts
• To effectively deal with urgent escalations by working closely with various operational and commercial teams
• To maintain a high degree of understanding of the IDT network, systems and procedures.
• To work closely with CS to ensure that the Ops team is constantly updating it’s processes to meet the high expectations of our customers
• To assist the Ops manager in product development and day to day business support
• To improve current and create new excel reports for efficient and accurate management reporting

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Telecommunications or Analytics preferable
• 1 year or above experience in telecommunications or e-commerce preferable
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be confident, team player and display excellent communication skills 
• Able to work under pressure, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Sound Knowledge on MS software especially Excel, PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferable
