Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Sales receipts checking, sales report preparation, 

- Follow up account receivables,

- Assist in prepare cashflow update and reconciliation,

- Responsible to handle Account Payable cycle,

- Invoice payment, petty cash payments and cheque issuance,

- Contact vendors and follow up outstanding invoices,

- Prepare accounting vouchers


 

Requirements:

- Form 5 or certificate in accounting or LCCI II

- Recent Graduate will be considered

- Immediately available is preferred

- Working schedule : 5 days (working hours 10 am - 7 pm)
