Due to expansion, the Company has a vacancy for an ‘A/P Assistant’ from our recently renovated SAI KUNG OFFICE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Routinely handling of A/P related matters for designated restaurants
• Answering inquiries from suppliers for designated restaurants
• Monthly follow-up with suppliers for missing invoices/credit notes
• Assisting in preparing payment summaries
• Regularly assisting the Assistant Accountant in A/P matters
• Assisting the A/P Executive when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Some experience in the field of accounting would be an advantage but not (a must) as full training will be provided

The ability to work independently

Attention to details

High school graduate with LCC Level 2 in book-keeping

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word

Fluent in Cantonese and semi/fluent in English
