Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for full set of accounts including payable/receivable functions
• Handle Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare payment, issue cheques, receipt/transfer voucher and e-banking transactions
• Assist in handling month-end closing and accounting entries
• Maintain daily accounting functions and co-ordinate between HK office and Group companies
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements: 

• Form 5 with LCCI Intermediate or above
• 2 years or above working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office application, Chinese word processing, knowledge in application of SAP system
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Willing to learn and work overtime
• Good interpersonal, Detail-oriented, Independent, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
