Responsibilities:

• Comply with external legal and statutory requirements and meeting obligations of the organization such as annual audit; annual filing compliance with the HKSAR government, etc.
• Prepare tax entities for both the company and employees’ tax return filing.
• Responsible for bookkeeping, cash management, accounting and financial management functions such data entry with DacEasy, etc.
• Coordinate and communicate with AFS overseas partners on financial issues and financial planning.
• Oversee office human resource related matters.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Familiar with DacEasy, MS Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Self-motivated, initiative, detail-minded.
• A recognized degree in Accounting or related discipline.
