Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all finance and accounting activities of the Group
• Manage the accounting team in HK, China and overseas offices in performing daily tasks and month end closing
• Ensure monthly consolidated management accounts are prepared accurately and timely
• Provide financial review analysis to aid business decisions
• Liaise with external / internal auditors for annual and SOX audit
• Responsible for cash flow management and taxation activities
• Ensure stringent internal controls and efficient operational policies and procedures are set up and followed through
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting or Finance discipline
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in audit and commercial accounting, preferably in trading/manufacturing industries
• Sound knowledge in the latest accounting standards and taxation reporting requirements in Hong Kong, China and ideally overseas
• Proficient in MS Windows and ERP system
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) would be an advantage
• A team player and leader with strong analytical, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Immediate availability is preferred
