Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the Boutique. Welcome, advise and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the Nespresso service offering. Attain the sales targets of the Boutique notably through keen attention and follow-up. Be capable of replacing the Boutique manager in all his daily administrative activities

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate or above
• At least 1 year working experience in direct customer sales of top of the line products and services
• Strong interest in our products and in coffee in particular
• Ability to multi-task, flexibility and attention to detail
• Good communication, customer services and problem solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese. Other Asian languages would be a plus
• Willingness to work with strict planning, on a shift basis with the rest of the team
