Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Finance Manager and oversees a finance team of 2 subordinates for the daily operation of the food processing centre
  • Prepare and responsible for financial statements, expenses analysis & budgetary control for the food processing centre
  • Assist in financial / operation system development, implementation and maintenance
  • Formulate accounting, costing and internal control procedures to improve workflow
  • Maintain a strong accounting and operation system to provide the management with timely and accurate financial information

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2 years at supervisory level, preferably with experience in catering or manufacturing industries
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge in integrated ERP system, such as SAP is preferable
  • Good team player, intiative in change management and ability to work well with people at different levels
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Immediate available is preferred
