Job Description:

• Data entry and filing
• Coordinate with other colleagues on accounting and sales related tasks
• Assist in month-end closing and general administration
• Report to Accounting Department
• Monitor customers' accounts and follow up outstanding receivables
• To prepare bank reconciliation
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting software is highly preferred
• At least 2 year relevant work experience (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)
• Proficiency in MS office application such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Aggressive, Work independent & willing to Learn
• Immediate available is preferred
