Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise subordinate for ensuring the quality of system deliverable from vendor and user requirement to end-user
  • Monitor overall project progress
  • Provide technical evaluation and recommendation for user operation
  • Ensure secure and stability environment for IT platform and phone system
  • Supervise the team to coordinate the review and acceptance of deliverables from outsourcing contractors
  • Review system contingency plan; maintain disaster recovery plan and assess system risk
  • Liaison with vendor and external service providers to ensure the quality of IT hardware, software and telecommunications services
  • Support in purchase requests and maintain contract for procurement
  • Review and maintain department policy and system documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in software development, application support and project management
  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in PHP, HTML, .NET and Java software development
  • Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint, CRM and SQL Server database
  • Experience in IT Project Management
  • Knowledge in phone system is definitely an advantage
  • Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure within tight schedule
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in networking support
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
