Responsibilities

Execute various forensic and investigation assignments for clients, which cover areas relating to regulatory investigations, fraud investigations, breach of contract and dispute resolution, data/IP leakage, whistleblower allegations, integrity due diligence, anti-bribery and corruption, irregular rebates and kickbacks, misappropriation of assets, financial statement manipulation, employee/ management conflicts of interests, forensic risk reviews or due diligence, and anti-money laundering compliance reviews

Requirements 

• University graduate with an accounting or finance qualification preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, compliance, litigation support and dispute resolution
• Professional Qualification of HKICPA or equivalent
• Computer forensics qualifications e.g. EnCase and relevant eDiscovery and data imaging experience preferred
• Able to analyse complex accounting transactions and financial records, and capable of managing fieldwork teams and writing reports
• All-round investigative skills and experience
• Detailed and analytical mind-set, sharp problem solving abilities and effective communication skills
• An excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
• Willing to travel to China and other Asian countries frequently and carry out tasks independently
